The Red Stockings is a working project by Dylan Matthews and Ben Southworth – both natives of Lexington, Kentucky. Although they’ve only got a few recordings under their belt at this time, they enjoy working with one another, and hope to do many more in the future. Their works have included a few original songs, as well as a couple covers of classic hymns (“Come Thou Fount of Ev’ry Blessing.”) The two have experience performing together as members of The Perry Ritter Band, the IronPost Podcast, and various ensembles within the University of Kentucky’s School of Music.
